This outdoor area with ocean views is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or the ever-changing colors of the western sunsets. Additional outside amenities include a six-person Jacuzzi, an al fresco dining table, outdoor TV, two overhead heaters, and a natural gas barbeque. Also, a foosball table is set up in the garage so indoor/outdoor living and entertainment are super easy here.
The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, and a large TV, - and a comfortable seating area. La Cantina doors open to the beautiful outside patio. A dining area for 6 accompanies the living room area, as does a beautifully remodeled kitchen that has all the appliances and amenities you need to satisfy all of your culinary desires. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. The primary bedroom has a spacious California king bed with a large TV, and a comfortable seating nook. The second bedroom also has a California king bed and a large TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, ocean views, and a large TV. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with double sinks and a private shower. Additional amenities include Central Air conditioning, a washer and dryer in the garage, high-speed WIFI, boogie boards, beach towels, and two driveway parking spots.
